Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Penpify ("we") handles on this website and in our Shopify apps, and what you can ask us to do with it. Penpify is based in Đà Nẵng, Vietnam. Questions: contact@penpify.com.

This website

• We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and we do not set cookies.
• Fonts and all other assets are served from penpify.com; no third-party requests are made from your browser.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

When you email us

If you write to contact@penpify.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to follow up on your request, and we do not add you to any mailing list without asking.

Our Shopify apps

• Our apps access store data only through Shopify's APIs, with the permissions shown to the merchant at install.
• We request and keep only the data each app needs to work.
• When an app is uninstalled, its data is deleted following Shopify's mandatory data deletion requirements, including requests to redact customer and shop data.
• We do not sell personal data.

Merchants remain responsible for their own customers' data. Customers of a store can contact the store directly, or us at contact@penpify.com, to exercise their rights.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR or Japan's APPI), you can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email contact@penpify.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
